Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Plant Maintenance Supervisor, Facility Maintenance Manager), you'll oversee the maintenance department, manage plant equipment and physical facility to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include personnel management, plant and equipment maintenance, enforcing safety regulations, and environmental compliance.

• College degree preferred in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting, and experience with Hydraulics and Industrial Automation Equipment.
