PUBLIC RELATIONS PROJECT MANAGER

Located in Hildale, Utah, with some travel to Hurricane and St. George. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Public Relations Project Manager.

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality. An interpersonal, confident, and organized representative. Someone who takes initiative and is always optimizing their craft.

Using your skills and character, you will plan and implement public and internal events.

What you will do:

• Plan and coordinate internal and external events
• Prepare and execute events, ensuring budget compliance
• Determine food options and stay within the budget
• Coordinate food preparations
• Advertise, decide on items, decorations, and equipment needed
• Create a positive atmosphere at events
• Oversee the setup and takedown of all events
• Ensure photos are taken at every event, internal and external
• Collect feedback and apply it to future events through post-event surveys
• Manage annual budgets for birthdays and work anniversaries
• Oversee and lead a small team

• Reliable transportation to travel to events

Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour + Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
