Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing.

Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations.

Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Customer Education: Explain insurance coverage details and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner.


Requirements

Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on exceptional customer care.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process and document information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Adaptability: Flexibility to manage various tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance principles and terminology is a plus.
