What Are We Looking For?:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Construction experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer navigation skills

Position Type: Full Time, Mid-Level

Salary Range: $65K-85K, Negotiable; depending on experience.

Schedule: 40+ hours a week

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Review and determine requirements for a project while crafting an initial plan, schedule, and conduct job walks.
• Identify subcontractors, create agreements, and confirm project start/completion dates.
• Create budgets in DASH and work orders aligned with the approved scope.
• Track job costs through the project and ensure collection of all deposits, draws and final payments.
• Provide direction to subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required, advanced degree in a relevant field from an accredited university preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction and/or restoration industry.
• A network of efficient and reliable subcontractors highly preferred.
• Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team and client relations.
• Stellar communication and conflict resolution skillset.
