Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Industrial Mechanic), you'll be responsible for maintaining FOAM, MFPP, and EPS equipment. Your duties will include performing preventative and planned maintenance, using electrical and mechanical prints for service instructions, assisting in creating Job Safety Analysis and Maintenance Procedures, and troubleshooting and repairing extrusion, thermoforming, and auxiliary equipment. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, and work with AC/DC drives and systems operating at various voltages.

- Two-year mechanical degree or four years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Skills in pneumatics, blueprint/schematic reading (mechanical/electrical), welding, and shop equipment operation.

- Ability to operate a forklillt.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical schematics, machine safety inspections, and troubleshooting CNC machines.
