Job Description
Agricultural Worker Program
Office Assistant
Relief/ PRN
Located in Gardners, PA
This position is located in Gardners, PA with Keystone Health’s Agricultural Worker’s Program. Keystone Health is looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a passion for helping the migrant community.
Working hours are less than 20 hours per week.
The primary function of this position is to enter data accurately and efficiently for the Statewide Agricultural Worker Program into the electronic health records system (EPIC) and assist the Office Manager as needed in administrative functions. Other duties include but not limited to scanning, checking in and out patients, collecting payments, answering phone calls, maintaining the office files, supplies and equipment, and other clerical tasks.
Education/ Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Epic experience is highly desired. Experience with data entry with Excel required.
Must be able to read, write, and translate Spanish to English and vice versa fluently.
