Noble Biomaterials Inc., is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Engineering Intern at our manufacturing facility. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and gain valuable firsthand experience in a real-world industrial setting. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on the manufacturing floor. You will be given multiple projects, asked to problem solve, eliminate losses, collaborate, make decisions, and execute to produce results. You will build your own capabilities through firsthand experience and provided mentorship and training.

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Qualification:

Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably chemical or industrial engineering. Must be graduating between December 2024 and May 2027. Willing to work in a plant environment. Must be able to work 30 – 40 hours per week.

Daily work could encompass any of the following:

· AutoCAD drawing creation and updates to existing site drawings.

· Generate an integrated P&ID between the Site Incoming water, DI Resin bed system and DI heating system and wastewater.

· Generate a site water usage P&ID.

· Assist in the financial justification to purchase, and install equipment, and then analyze results with an eye to reduce, recycle, reclaim.

· Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems.

· Identify, prioritize, and analyze systems to eliminate losses and inefficiencies.

· Support the maintenance team with troubleshooting of equipment and systems.

· CMMS system familiarization and usage.

· Collaborate with technical experts and other team members to create the best solutions to current challenges.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

· Strong theoretical knowledge of engineering principles and processes.

· Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for process simulation and analysis.

· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Effective communication and people skills.

· Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Excellent computer spreadsheet and writing skills.
