Detailer | Michigan City, IN
Temp-to-Hire Part Time Opportunity
Starting Pay: $18/hr
Shift(s): Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Rotating Saturdays)
***MUST HAVE CLEANING EXPERIENCE***
• Cleaning and prepping motorhomes, watercraft, vehicles, and powersports for auctions.
• Wash and clean interiors & exteriors of vehicles, boats, campers, trailers and other
powersports.
• Cleans all trash, debris, and dirt from the interior of the vehicle.
• Bag up any personal items left in vehicles.
• Cleans all dirt, grease, and tar from the exterior of the vehicle.
• Uses air compressors and special equipment to dry the inside and outside surfaces.
• Move merchandise/units around warehouse yard, as directed.
• Help customers load and unload units with forklift or by hand.
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to tow/pull/move vehicles around
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs occasionally
• Must be dependable and show up for work on time
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Forklift experience preferred but willing to train
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of recreational equipment and a mechanical aptitude
• Must be detail oriented and willing to learn
