Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. (LSSE), a dynamic and growing 160-person civil engineering and surveying firm, is accepting applications for a Civil Engineering Manager / Office Manager at our Columbus, OH office.
Candidates must have 5-10+ years practical experience in civil engineering including understanding of the municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential and utilities/energy markets.
- Experience managing staff / office and project schedules required.
- Foster a positive client experience throughout the project delivery.
- Monitor project performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk.
- Collaborate with other leaders throughout the firm on project pursuits and technical challenges.
- Responsibilities will include client and contractor interaction.
- Candidate should strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
