Rate: $125

Duration: Dec 1st through Jan 31stwith opportunity for extension
Location: Hybrid – Primarily remote, but may have monthly travel to Columbus, Ohio and/or Merrillville, Indiana


Scope of Services:

As the Organizational Change Management Lead for the new Finance Capital Allocation Process, your multifaceted role encompasses providing comprehensive change management and organizational effectiveness support. Your responsibilities include offering a nuanced perspective and in-depth analysis of the client's defined processes, criteria for evaluation, and intake forms. Drawing from your wealth of experience, you will make strategic recommendations to improve adoption and fortify key changes. In direct support of Senior Leadership, you will foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders involved in the Finance Capital Allocation Process. This involves conducting a meticulous assessment of current state capital allocation documents and subsequently providing actionable recommendations for enhancement. As part of your holistic approach, you will formulate a robust change plan and offer ongoing support to drive widespread buy-in and successful adoption. Your qualifications, grounded in prior experience supporting senior leadership and finance, coupled with your extensive background in large consulting firms, uniquely position you as a catalyst for positive and impactful organizational transformations.


Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

  • Provide change management and organizational effectiveness support for new Finance Capital Allocation Process
  • Provide perspective and analysis of client’s defined processes, criteria for evaluation, and intake forms
  • Make recommendations on improving adoption and ways to reinforce the key changes
  • Support Senior Leadership
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders involved in the Finance Capital Allocation Process
  • Assessment of current state capital allocation documents
  • Recommendations on how to improve current state deliverables
  • Change plan / support to drive buy-in and adoption


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience providing change management support to senior leadership
  • Prior large consulting firm experience
  • Prior experience providing change management support to finance
