Business Lender/ Advisor

In this role, you will create a positive impact on local communities through non-traditional financing and technical assistance that develops and expands small businesses in Culpeper, Fauquier, Loudon, Prince William, Manassas/Manassas Park and Rappahannock.

The ideal candidate for this position as a Business Lender/Advisor includes:

• Experienced in lending, financial management, credit and small business development, or any combination thereof,
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Enjoys community engagement, business networking, and regional collaboration
• Disciplined self-starter that is outgoing and has strong interpersonal skills
• Critical thinker that appreciates challenge and finds meaning in being part of a solution.

An undergraduate degree or higher in Business Management and/or similar degree or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required.
