Position Purpose:

As the Winter4Kids Program Sales Representative you will be responsible for growing our customers by generating leads and identifying target organizations and schools to participate in our programs. We’re looking for a high energy, motivated go-getter with an ability to build trust with stakeholders, demonstrate consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Winter4Kids is a program, facility and team of individuals committed to making a difference in youth through winter activities. Our programs are delivered at the National Winter Activity Center in Vernon, NJ. This is the only comprehensive physical facility in the United States totally dedicated to "improving the lives, health and fitness of youth through winter activities".


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a Sales environment REQUIRED
  • Experienced selling into the youth serving organization market, including contract processes, preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
  • Customer service oriented with ability to initiate prospecting activities, sales calls and face to face meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous CRM software experience, preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop new sales leads by identifying potential prospects and leading outreach for Winter4Kids relationships.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from first contact through contract close.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads.
  • Contact, arrange and develop new client relationships through office visits, meetings, presentations, and coordination with Winter4Kids colleagues.
  • Utilize available technology to track follow-ups with customers.
  • Handle outbound and inbound prospect calls to convert into new client relationships.
  • Attend relevant events to connect with new prospects.
