Hans Kissle is looking for an experienced and strategic S&OP Manager to join our team!

In this role you will be responsible for leading, managing and improving sales, inventory and operations planning across the organization. This role is tasked with achieving financial and service performance objectives with project management, coordination, facilitation, and process improvement across different functional areas, such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and finance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust Sales and Operations Planning strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Lead and guide the team while fostering a collaborative and cross-functional culture.
  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review performance against targets, address business issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Leverage internal demand prediction tools and consumer trends to create a volume projection that the business aligns behind and can be translated into weekly production scheduling for Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales forecasts, production capabilities / plans, customer demand and inventory management into a cohesive S&OP process.
  • Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus on the demand and supply plans, as well as the financial and strategic implications.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop statistical forecast models for future demand.
  • Manage and analyze the performance of the S&OP process, identify gaps and risks, and propose corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for managing, analyzing and reporting Inventory across all locations, including cycle counts, reconciliation and inventory turn analysis.
  • Lead, manage and execute various continuous improvement projects related to the S&OP process, such as demand planning, network optimization, capacity planning, support new product launches, manage Excess & Obsolete inventory and integration of new businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience implementing, improving, and optimizing S&OP process and tools.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Project Management experience with broad business knowledge.
  • APICS certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Has the ability to lead and direct transformational change in a multi-site, multi-cross functional manufacturing, and distribution organization.
  • Experience managing and driving down excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, BI Analytical tools and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in S&OP software and demand prediction tools.
