Full-Time Sales Receptionist

Intro and job overview:

This position is heavily customer-focused and requires an outgoing and motivated personality. It also requires the team member adept at handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis and it is a tasks driven position.

This is an excellent learning position for someone interested in sales, sales management, accounting and DMV.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet showroom guests and determine the nature of their visit.

  • Direct guests to the correct department, notify the appropriate team that the guest is waiting and introduce the guest to a sales consultant.

  • Answer incoming phone calls. Direct the caller to the appropriate department or individual.

  • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the Sales department, such as inventory management and call log reputation management.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools and G suite to prepare and modify documents and reports.

  • Maintain Coffee station stocked and clean.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of hands-on administrative experience in a fast-paced organization is a plus but not required.

  • Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.

  • Can learn and apply new information or skills.

  • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.

  • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.

  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.

  • Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability.

  • Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
