Job Description:

We are currently seeking a fun and creative Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Reynoldsburg, Ohio area providing services within an ALF.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations as well as performing subsequent follow-up visits and supervising COTA's. Must be able to maintain weekly caseload for full time. Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based. This position is per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
