Medical Aesthetician

Aurora Medical Spa is looking for an Aesthetician to join our team at our Cape Girardeau, MO location. If you love improving clients' lives and have a passion for helping clients look and feel their absolute best, this is the opportunity for you! 

Aurora Medical Spa was founded in 2006 in Des Peres, MO. After ten years of bringing excellent care to their clients, our founder and CEO, Paige Boyer, decided it was time to expand the Aurora experience. In 2023 We are proud to say we now have 6 locations spread across Missouri, Texas, and Colorado with aggressive plans for future growth. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively communicate patient education on treatment plans
• Analysis of patient skin type resulting in product and treatment recommendations
• Internal marketing
• Ensure patient satisfaction
• Possess wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatment, elective services and products
• Maintain a clean work area at all times

• Deliver high quality treatment experiences to clients

• Extensive knowledge of skin care lines Aurora Medical Spa sells
• Ability to perform all assigned treatments

Education & Experience:

• Current Esthetician license as per Missouri law
• Prior medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly rate (based on experience) + bonus
