We are currently seeking an energetic full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in the East Columbus, OH area. This PT will provide therapy within the community environment.
Job Description:
The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs. Flexible scheduling while maintaining full-time status. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based. Per-visit rates with productivity quota of 120 points per week with each visit type allotted a different point value.
SIGN ON BONUS OF $5,000 to be paid out quarterly during the first year of employment!
