Responsibilities
- Be outstanding at relationship building and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a level of retention and product loyalty for all customers with welcome calls, follow-ups to assure satisfaction, responding to queries, and problem solve.
- Using your detail orientation to ensure all clients have every discount opportunity applied.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Update customer information and schedule appointments for billing, policy reviews, etc.
Requirements
- Must have a current Property and Casualty License
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
- Fundamental Typing/data entry skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
