• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the hotel
• Develop and implement plans to achieve financial targets and operational excellence
• Oversee and mentor department heads to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the property
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, guests, and team members

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and exceeding financial goals
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• US Work Authorization
