Job Summary
The Hospitality Host processes credit applications as well as update player’s information. He/She will input player- information and assist Credit department personnel in general functions related to the credit applications. Must be aware at all times of all marketing programs and promotions to inform the players.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual required
- Must be licensed by Puerto Rico Tourism Company
- Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures
- Computer knowledge/skills required, proficient in company-approved word processing and spreadsheet applications
Physical Requirements
- Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Able to stand during the entire shift.
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
