SUMMARY:
Responsible for the successful overall implementation of all mechanical/maintenance activities as set forth by the Chief Mechanic. Although a normal steady schedule will occur, it may consist of days, nights and weekends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Operate & maintain all mechanical/electrical/computerized scoring equipment/lane dressing equipment/lane monitoring equipment/and all other areas of the bowling center.
- Maintain bowling lanes, approaches, foul lights and pins in the bowling center.
- Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Bowling Center.
- Complete daily stop sheets and maintenance records.
- Responsible for cordial reception to the guest and prompt courteous service.
- Fill in for co-workers and subordinates in all Bowling Center areas as required.
- Responsible for advising guests according to established bowling safety and game procedures.
- Participates in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation in all areas of the Bowling Center.
- Responds to all maintenance requests and acts on them immediately.
- Participates as a team member with all Bowling Center employees and any pertinent casino staff members in producing a smooth and efficient operation that meets the highest standards of guest service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensure a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
- Keep all areas clean & sanitized as directed.
- Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of rules, regulations and controls of the company.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have knowledge of common tools.
- Experience in operating, maintaining or repair of equipment or machinery.
- Occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, and/or on-the-job training preferred.
