Full-time sitter for a 5 month old and 5 year old!

Hi I have 2 kids.One is five he’s here Friday-Sunday. The other is 5 months and is here 24/7. My husband and I work at Walmart and Dollar General. You will be needed to watch the children. When the five year old is here you’ll be needed to prepare meals and help him with what he needs. He’s pretty simple he pretty regularly stays in his room. My 5 month old occasionally requires medication for reflux. I would need to trust you to give him his medication. I would also need to trust you can drive them. If they have a doctors appointment I would need to trust you can take them.
