Staffmark, in partnership with our client in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and cheerful candidate to join our growing team as a Production Assembly Operator. You will perform daily assembly operations of soldering lead wires and connectors for products. If you are seeking new employment on 1st shift and have at least one year of related work experience, this might be the temp-to-hire position you are searching for!


Pay: $15 per hour

Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday


While working as a Production Assembly Operator, you will accurately assemble products, inspect incoming products for any defects, program machines, perform quality checks on finished parts, maintain a safe and organized work area, and ensure productivity goals are being met. Lifting requirements for this role are frequently up to 50 pounds.

Requirements: One year of related work experience, familiarity with measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, and micrometers), good computer and communication skills, strong attention to detail, knowledge of jib crane operation, and the ability to read and interpret BOM/drawings/work instructions.
