\nWage: $28-$33/hour

\nHours: 3rd shift 11pm-7am
\n
\nWe are looking for an experienced Industrial Mechanic to work with our client company. They are a 4th generation family-owned business. Their current location has been producing dairy products for 50 years and ships dairy products globally. \nIndustrial Mechanic Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
\n- Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment
\n- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate
\n- Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists
\n- Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
\n- Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical, and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment
\n- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary
\n- Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions
\n- Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work using Managers Plus
\n- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
\n- Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
\n- Fill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies
\n- Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product
\n- Follow safety procedures
\n- Maintain clean work environment
\n- Comply with all processes and procedures of SQF 2000 to ensure a safe, quality product
\n
\nIndustrial Mechanic??????? Requirements:
\n- Willing and able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors, including very hot climates to extremely cold climates
\n- Certification from Vocational School; Associate Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Technology; education not required if have sufficient experience
\n- 2 years in manufacturing position (with education); 2-5 years of maintenance related position (without education)
\n- Twisting, bending, and squatting with 50lbs object in hand
\n- Long periods of standing and walking
\n- Lifting 60lbs from the ground
\n- Good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity
\n
