Major responsibilities

- Play key role in implementation of NetSuite Financials including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

- Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

- Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant

- Team up with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

- Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

- Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements, which includes data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

- Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

- Recent relevant financial experience

- Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

- Wide ranging experience with QuickBooks

- Financial analysis experience highly desired

- Proven knowledge of account reconciliation

- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Quality experience with Quickbooks Online

- Well-founded grasp of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation

- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred

- Knowledge of Monthly Close

- Monthly Close Processes experience

- General familiarity with Excel Formulas

- Solid technology and analytical abilities
