Trainer(Board of Elections)

Abacus is currently seeking qualified individuals for immediate Trainer roles across Maryland. These roles involve field work as needed. This includes paid two-week paid training in Glen Burnie, MD includes mileage reimbursement. Apply today, and a member of our team will be contacting you with additional details and next steps!

Job Duties:

• Assist with developing and updating training curriculum.
• For all training, follow the approved training curriculum.
• Train individuals (except training coordinator) hired for this project.
• Conduct training sessions specific to each role based on established requirements and standards.
• When required, submit incident documentation using approved format.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (3) years of experience providing training or instruction or teaching in a classroom setting.
• Minimum of five (3) years of work experience that demonstrates an ability to follow directions, work quickly and accurately, and complete required documentation.
• Be able to lift at least fifty-five (55) pounds.
• Be able to work evening, early morning, and weekend hours.
