Special Education Teacher Needed In Twin Falls, ID

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team in Twin Falls, ID. As a contracted Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
2. Provide direct instruction to students in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
3. Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
5. Utilize assistive technology and adaptive materials to enhance learning experiences.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Valid Idaho teaching certification in Special Education.
3. Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
