Job Description
Seeking experienced Casualty Field Claim Adjusters in Knoxville Tennessee market.
Qualifications

Ability to work from home and self-manage your claim assignments

2+ Experience as a Field claims adjuster

Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)

Business writing skills to professional communicate with clients, policyholders, and coworkers

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities


Execute thorough claim investigations; property inspections, statements, preparing diagrams and taking photographs

Analyze, evaluate and estimate special damages including reserves, property estimates, personal property inventories, business interruption, etc

Produce a timely, clear and concise adjusting report with findings and recommendation for claim settlement within deadlines

Analyze insurance coverage issues on specific claims and make recommendations to the client

Negotiate and conclude claims

Respond timely to clients, policyholders, and coworkers

Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all parties of the claim process

Participate in marketing activities as required

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours
• Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by Branch Manager
