Materials Handler

Summary: Material Handling and Shipping/Receiving position requiring a US Citizen with 2+ years of experience and clean drug/background checks.

Job Requirements:

• US citizenship.
• 2+ years of material handling/shipping & receiving experience.
• Clean drug and background checks.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and international customs regulations.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and negotiation skills with carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform material receiving, kitting, warehousing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and organized shipping operations in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with contracted staff and resolve inbound and outbound shipment issues.
• Conduct routine unloading, sorting, packing, and stocking of incoming materials.
• Kit job orders and deliver to the manufacturing floor.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare products for shipping and handle shipping processes to clients.
• Identify and resolve low-impact issues independently.
• Prioritize daily inbound and outbound traffic issues using various transportation modes.
• Unload and process all inbound deliveries efficiently.
• Provide certified shipping services for all transportation modes and negotiate shipping modes and rates with carriers.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
