Sunbelt Staffing is currently working with a school districts that is actively looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Fort Leavenworth, KS for the remainder of the 23/24 school year and full-time for the 24/25 school year. Opening: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:Fort Leavenworth, KS
Job Details:
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Caseload of middle school and high school students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide training and support to school staff and families on behavior management techniques and strategies
Requirements:
- Masters Degree from an accredited university
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians/RBTs
- Pediatrics experience (preferred)
- School experience (preferred)
