Batch Maker/ Blender Operator

Responsibilities:

•Work with Compounder to gather or check availability of raw material and equipment required for batch and will also compound chemicals themselves once trained

•Perform work in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, department work instructions and Standard Operating procedures

•Transfer completed product to bins, drums or pails as required

•Ensure raw materials and finished goods are properly labeled

•Inspect bins for appearance and cleanliness, clean soiled or returned bins

•Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.

•Crosstrain other associates as assigned

•Maintain equipment, work area and plant in clean and orderly manner and perform other duties as assigned
