Position Title: Catering Marketing and Support Manager

Position Overview:

The Catering Marketing and Support Manager is instrumental in enhancing the performance and visibility of our catering services. This pivotal role encompasses the promotion, planning, and execution of catered events across various venues, including both social gatherings and corporate functions, alongside handling bulk to-go orders. Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Marketing, the manager will spearhead initiatives in brand management, menu curation, promotional strategies, and local market engagement. A strong emphasis is placed on achieving excellence in catering sales and support, ensuring that each client interaction is marked by promptness, professionalism, and discretion. The role demands exceptional organizational capabilities, including monitoring catering volumes and managing event finances. Coordination with restaurant operations for seamless event execution, staff oversight, and logistical management are key responsibilities. The position requires adaptability, with availability during holidays, nights, and weekends according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain meticulous organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Foster collaboration with restaurant teams to streamline catering processes.

  • Ensure exemplary service standards and oversee event logistics from set-up to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work alongside diverse teams to realize comprehensive marketing strategies and bolster revenue.
  • Participation in setting and achieving KPIs that align with overarching company objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • A degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Familiarity with food service industry operations.
