Are you a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to make a positive impact in the lives of students? Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team in the North Stonington, CT area.
Position: Registered Behavior Technician
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs designed to meet the specific needs of students.
- Work collaboratively with special education teachers and support staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Collect data and track progress on student goals and behavior management plans.
- Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of services across settings.
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Requirements:
- Valid RBT or Paraprofessionalcertification
- Experience working with behavorial students in a school or clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
