Qualifications:

• 1 year of acute nursing care (hospital experience preferred)
• Home health experience with current certification (OASIS proficiency required)
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
• BSN strongly preferred
• Current driver's license (and insurance) required
