Gecko Hospitality invites experienced Food and Beverage Managers to apply for an exceptional opportunity at an exclusive, member-owned country club in Palm Bay. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead their food and beverage operations and contribute to the high-caliber experience provided to its members, their families, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all front-of-house (FOH) food and beverage operations, ensuring a superior dining and recreational experience.
• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs to ensure a high standard of service and staff performance.
• Monitor the operational budget and manage F&B expenditures, while maintaining quality.
• Oversee the annual F&B operations with an in-depth understanding of handling high-volume sales exceeding $3 million.
• Liaise with the executive team to develop strategies that align with the club’s mission of exclusive member satisfaction.
• Coordinate with culinary staff to uphold food quality and presentation, along with harmonious kitchen operations.
• Plan and execute events and activities, ensuring a vibrant and engaging environment for members and guests.
• Lead by example with a hands-on management style and foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of managing food and beverage operations with annual revenues of over $3 million.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in training and staff development.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within the private club sector.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate club activities and events.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
