Prominent leader in the food industry is actively seeking a highly skilled Shipping/Material Handler to join their dynamic team of professionals.
Shift 7am-3:30pm
Material Handling: Safely and efficiently move materials within the warehouse or production area using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Collaborate with the inventory control team to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring that all materials are properly handled and stored.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects. Report any issues to the appropriate personnel and ensure non-conforming materials are appropriately handled.
Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation related to material movements, shipments, and inventory transactions.
Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
