The Chickahominy Indian Tribe – Eastern Division is looking for a full-time team player to support the Shop Manager, providing mechanical services to a variety of vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Performs scheduled maintenance on a variety of vehicles and equipment, minor and major vehicle and equipment repair including welding as needed
- Knowledge in both diesel and gas engines, including engine components, emissions controls, wiring, tune up and repair, AC service, transmission repair, brakes, tires, alignment, etc.
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts, etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
- Excellent communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
