We are the nation’s largest Ballot Qualification firm. That means we gather signatures from voters to put initiatives on the ballot.
We work all over Arizona and the US.
AMT has worked to put more power in the hands of voters for almost 20 years. Some staff stay for a project, others have been here 5, 10, even 15 years!

Outgoing extroverts – You must be comfortable approaching voters in public places.
High Energy – Our staff work outdoors on their feet for a full day.
Confident – Persuasive and comfortable taking charge in social situations.
Those with a background in petitions, campaigns, customer service, and retail do well here – we will train the right candidate!
The Fine Print: (Please read)
You must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued ID and must be qualified to register to vote in Arizona to circulate petitions.
Have a working cell phone with data.
Dependable and trustworthy – we’re looking for people who share our sense of urgency.
Detail-oriented – petitions are legal documents.
Petitioning or campaign experience is a plus.
