Family Law Attorney

We are a dynamic and client-focused law firm based in Fremont, California, with a strong commitment to professionalism and excellence in our service. We seek a highly skilled Family Law Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dedicated team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience handling various Family Law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and domestic violence. You will be expected to manage cases from the initial client meeting through resolution or trial, perform legal research, manage discovery, and appear in court.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Family Law cases from inception to conclusion.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc.
• Write briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, pre-trial discovery, and prepare trial documents.
• Interface directly with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiation settlements.

Qualifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar and a license in good standing.
• Strong litigation, courtroom, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle large caseloads and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office suite.
