Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by, answering the phones, gathering customer information to process a quote on either their personal or commercial insurance. Taking payments, when necessary, over the phone. Texting, calling and emailing clients to follow up on questions we need answers to, taking payment information, providing a renewal policy, or to gather information for a new policy quote.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries for new quotes, and general insurance questions
- Provide information to clients on their policies
- Computer savvy with Excel, Microsoft, and the ability to learn the insurance computer systems
- Document and update customer records, ie take notes, and place them in the clients files online, based on interactions with them
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services, and computer systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
