Restaurant Manager

We are looking for the best restaurant manager in Gainesville! Dave's Hot Chicken is coming to town and we only hire the best. Our perfect candidate has experience with high volume sales, inventory management, hiring, training, store cleanliness and maintaining the highest food quality. The manager will be able to do all of these tasks while leading and being supported by a team of 25-35 awesome people.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations with a smile
- Make sure our guests have the best experience they have ever had
- Train and develop a rockstar team that can have fun while getting the job done
- Monitor inventory levels and sales reports
- Maintain our high food quality standards
- Maintain an incredibly clean restaurant and kitchen

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Ability to work all day-parts and sometimes extra hours as needed
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle high volume and prep on the fly
- Willingness to lead from the front in all areas of restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

We offer fantastic pay and paid vacation. The pay is a combination of salary and regular store-performance bonuses.

Please note: Due to our rapid national growth, the interview process will be done in phases. The first phase will be conducted via Zoom and will be about 15-30 minutes. The second phase will be in-person in Gainesville in April and the final phase, if necessary, will be a Zoom call.

Also note: Although we can only hire one Manager, we will also be hiring for an Assistant Manager out of this same process. AM pay will range between $50,000-$60,000.
