Senior Project Manager

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a hybrid position in Westerville, OH.

• Achieve visibility and effective reporting of IT project and daily operating expense budgets
• Implement a scalable and repeatable process for annual budget tracking and submission of spend requests
• Provide agile support and training to development teams to foster the adoption of Scrum across the region
• Partner with business stakeholders through the ongoing improvement and maintenance of software systems
• Establish process and standards for project financials, health, and status for the Project Management Office, reporting directly to the CIO, which helps to ensure annual project budgets were kept and delivered improved reporting to the executive team
• Develop and socializing portfolio and project governance processes
• Responsible for $36M of daily operating expenses and $12M of annual project capital and expense costs, overseeing a team of my peers to ensure our regional budgets were kept and compliant with organizational standards
• Provide coaching and mentoring to a team of scrum masters regarding Agile and SAFe best practices while also leading two Oracle ERP development teams through the transition from project into program
