Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Server to become an integral part of our team! You will host customers, take orders, serve food & drinks to patrons at the dining establishment.

We are looking for experienced part-time and full-time servers available year-round. Chili Thai is a tip-share restaurant, and all servers share tables.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant and seat them as they arrive
  • Explain to guests about menu items
  • Taking customer's food and drink orders
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Taking phone/To Go orders
  • Totaling and providing customer checks
  • Checking customers out with cash or card exchanges
  • Clean and prepare the dining areas
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
