Restaurant Bartender

Triumph of Princeton is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team. We are about to open our new location at the historic Princeton post office in the heart of Palmer Square. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years high-volume bartending experience — fine dining experience would be a plus. You must know the classic cocktails, have beer knowledge, and keep a very clean bar. Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while keeping your composure is a must. You must have experience with fresh juices, jigger pouring & proper shaking and stirring techniques. You will be responsible for thorough knowledge of our menu. You must be available Sundays.
