Automotive Sales/ Finance Assistant

Job Summary:
NorthStar Buick GMC Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales/Finance Assistant to join our team in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. The Automotive Sales/Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting the sales team with the sales process and providing financial assistance to customers. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. This is a full-time, salary sales/ finance position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with the sales process, including greeting customers, conducting vehicle walk-arounds, and accompanying customers on test drives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide financial assistance to customers, including explaining financing options and completing necessary paperwork.
- Work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Keep inventory and pricing information up-to-date, and assist with maintaining a clean and organized sales lot.
- Attend sales training and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and manage leads.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
