Teller Supervisor (Greer)

If you have experience in the financial industry and possess excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, this is the perfect role for you to take the next step in your career.


Candidates must be available Monday - Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm, Thursdays 8 am - 7 pm and Fridays 8 am - 6 pm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and train a team of tellers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling and exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash balancing, and vault management.
  • Monitor teller performance, provide feedback, and address any performance or behavior issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures to assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Verify cash when overages/shortages occur, assists tellers when balancing problems occur.
  • May be responsible for branch openings/closings.
  • Reasonable flexibility around scheduled work hours.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Five years of Teller experience; or two years of work experience comprised of one year of Teller experience combined with retail/sales, customer service experience and/or college/vocational schooling.
  • Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in financial transactions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
