Sales Rep in Lawton - Cannabis Retail & Bulk Liters

Sales reps that do best: motivated and personable people that can do 30-50 store visits weekly. Bartenders, car sales, service reps from other industries are all good fits! Can be your full time job or compliment people that have hourly jobs at night or on the weekend while they build their sales network. This is a commission only job and will take a few months to really build up your clientele and relationships - we recommend having some kind of hourly job. This is a job you can make 100k a year at (our best reps are on pace for that) but you need stability to get started.

Most commission only sales jobs I think are a scam. This one is the exception and designed for ROCK STAR sales reps. In the past 130 days we have added 130 NEW STOCKING STORES! Our 42 retail sku lineup is expanding to 222 in the next 60-90 days. This job is going to be one of the most fun in the cannabis industry in the next 12 months.

HOW TO MAKE MONEY WITH US

1) 10% commission on retail products (to OMMA licensed dispensaries)

2) 5% commission on bulk liters (distillate, ws liquid, ws powder, RSO)

3) 1% commission on our side of the split on farmer network deals (turning biomass to distillate)

4) 10% commission on hemp derived/CBD products mostly to smokeshops

$1 per store visit, $5 bonus after 20/30/40/50/60 store visits weekly

$2 credit eligible per store visit

VOLTA CREDIT PROGRAM (credit applied if you do 30 or more store visits that week - spend on gas/samples/merchandise)

2% credit eligible for retail sales

We have the #1 vaporizer lineup in the state – 2 gram disposables (only one in the state with anticlog airflow, 20k+ sold and ZERO clogs), 2 gram cartridges (also major airflow) and Buzzbox battery, and the hottest disposable in the state - the Triple Threat with 2.25 grams and 3 tanks they can rotate between for maximum variety and wellness throughout the day. We have 19 skus in this lineup and we're expanding to 46 skus to include Live Reserve, Live Rosin Blend, Cannadelica, and Diet Live Rosin.

We have unique and appealing products that make every dispensary in your territory a realistic opportunity. Our top salespeople make $900/week selling just retail and we expect to double later this year when the whole sales team can also sell bulk distillate liters. As one of the biggest bulk ingredient suppliers in Oklahoma, we produce our own distillate and RSO.

We have open territory rules meaning your accounts are protected up to 21 days since your last visit or 45 days since your last sale. There are hundreds of stores near where you live that would like to see a Volta rep. We provide a personal assistant to schedule appointments in the zip codes of your preference.
