Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will have responsibility for a team of approximately 500 employees, inclusive of Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Implementation. The COO will maintain control of diverse business operations with the goal of driving extensive and sustainable growth while fostering culture and vision through its operations. By setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, the Chief Operating Officer will lead employees and encourages maximum performance and dedication. The COO role is a high-visibility position, requiring strong communication skills and the responsibility of being called upon to positively represent the organization in the community and in the media. The COO must maintain the highest level of integrity and lead by example in all areas.
Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US!

What you'll be working on:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company
- Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
- Lead the development of a scalable, unified product portfolio that will meet market demand and drive profitability which includes the alignment of teams to enable cohesive technology development and product functions across portfolios
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization
- Motivate and lead a high- performance leadership team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program
- Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with clients and partners
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
- Represent the company with clients, investors, and business partners
- The ability to create and articulate an inspiring vision for the organization, not only for the areas they are directly responsible for, but the enterprise as a whole
- An entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry
- Skilled in conducting financial analysis, interpreting key financial metrics, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction, contributing to overall profitability improvement
What you bring to the role:
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or a similar relevant senior role in the technology or hospitality industries
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills, both practiced and impromptu
- Dedication to building and growing a strong and stable workforce
- Ability to comfortably and energetically present the company and its products publicly
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent
- High-level understanding of all business functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Aptitude in sound decision-making and problem-solving in pressure situations
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
