Yates Industries is currently looking for a General Laborer in our Decatur, AL Plant!

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Empties steel chip hoppers from machines.*
  • Sweeps and mops general shop areas, cafeteria, shop, and bathrooms.*
  • Empties garbage cans into trash hoppers.*
  • Performs routine walk-throughs to maintain clean shop environment.*
  • Functions may include, but are not limited to racking parts, unloading, put-away, sorting, labeling, picking, packing, replenishing, auditing, cycle counting, shipping making boxes, etc.
  • Assists with the Assembly and Disassembly of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
