POSITION SUMMARY: The Player Development Executive Host is responsible for growing the database of high trip/value guests and developing/managing on-property guest experience by creating an atmosphere that encourages guests to make CCCH their property of choice for gaming entertainment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to Team Members to provide superior guest service to meet appropriate guest satisfaction metrics.

· Responsible for achieving revenue, income, and market goals for the designated group of high valued players.

· Prepares, coordinates, and host VIP Events and administers comps according to the comp guide lines.

· Responsible for tracking, preparing, and maintaining accurate and thorough Player Development records and reports.

· Responsible for analyzing and maintaining proper player reinvestment percentages, sales, and revenue goals.

· Assists with creation of action plans, goals, and reporting for the department.

· Develops new premium players by identifying their interests and encouraging a higher number of return trips through player events, personalized notes, follow-up phone calls, etc.

· Assists in developing and adhering to operating budgets.

· Ensures a maximum level of service, satisfaction, and delivery of amenities with high-end guests is achieved and maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures.

· Responsible for ensuring guest service issues are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

· Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Emphasizes and role models company mission of providing hometown hospitality and delivering fun.

· Ensures all hosted guests stay well informed of all special events, promotions, and entertainment, etc., which are taking place within the property through direct mail, social media, telemarketing, etc.

· Assists with development and implementation of special events and promotions

· Attends Marketing meetings, organizes and presides over Player Development team meetings to facilitate the flow of information regarding events, promotions, and player development goals and objectives.

· Utilizes effective communication tools to ensure that consistent, accurate and timely information is provided throughout the Casino to all shifts.

· Always maintain strict confidentiality of the guests’ information.

· Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):

1. Education: 4-year degree in related field of study

2. Work Experience

a. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable position or equivalent combination of education and work experience

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

a. Ability to read, analyze, interpret and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence; write detailed and summarizing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

b. Ability to present information and respond to questions

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

5. Must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
